Thats great. Was the renovation done sensitively?

I have to say it is pretty sensitive. Mostly interior finish upgrades by Helix. A few reuses of some previous remodels left me wanting to rip out a few dropped ceilings, but I was told the partitions do not go up to structure. They are trying to bring in some period furniture for offices etc.
